Compressive Strength

With 20mL of water for each 100 grams of powder, after 48 hrs resists compressions of 1400 Kg/cm2.

Setting Expansion

The setting expansion for this gypsum is controlled around 0.05% linear.

Grinding

90% pass trough a 250 mesh. The average particle size is 62 microns.

Setting Time “Vicat”:

With 20 to 22mL of water, the setting time is 11 to 15 minutes.

Because of its hardness and extreme accuracy, is recommended for master models and dies for all cast work, denture models and study models.

instructions

Use 20 to 22mL of water to 100g of powder. Mix for 1 minute by hand with rigid spatula or 30 seconds with motorized equipment mix. If the mixture feels thick DON'T add more water, wait for the plaster to homogenize. Pour it as usual and vibrate. Unmold it after one hour.
